Terms of Use (EULA)

1. License

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use Hush on devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Hush for unlawful, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or fraudulent activity.
• Distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited messages.
• Reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to bypass security measures.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Violate intellectual property rights or share illegal content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscriptions (Hush Pro)

Hush Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. By subscribing you agree to the following:

• Title: Hush Pro Yearly
• Length: 1 year (auto-renewing)
• Price: Shown in your local currency in the app (e.g. USD 29.99, EUR 27.99, TRY 999.99 — actual price depends on App Store region).
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can cancel anytime from your Apple ID settings → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no refund is provided for the current period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account on confirmation of purchase.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of messages and media you send. By using Hush you grant us a limited license to store and deliver your content as needed to operate the service. Messages on your homeserver are end-to-end encrypted by default for direct messages and groups.

5. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data and do not run third-party advertising.

6. Account Termination & Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. Deletion permanently removes your account and associated data from our servers and is irreversible.

7. Disclaimers

Hush is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the past 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
